The first Pensacola restaurant ever to earn a Michelin distinction holds a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 guide, Michelin's first year covering all of Florida. They serve Tuscan panini on schiacciata bread baked from scratch daily, inside the converted historic Sacred Heart Hospital. It is lunch only, and they sell out of bread early. The trip makes a get-there-early errand, not a leisurely plan.
Before you go
- Go early. They bake a fixed quantity daily and sell out
- Wed-Sun only, closed Mon-Tue
- Online ordering was paused after the Michelin surge. Assume walk-in
- Suite 128 is on the De Soto side of the building
What we checked, and when
Read off the venue's own page on 2026-08-05.
⚠️ Menu prices are not confirmed. Bib Gourmand means Michelin judged it good value, which is a signal and not a number. Check the menu before you plan a family total.
Not confirmed: The price. The venue publishes none, so neither do we.
Not confirmed: A military rate. We searched and the venue publishes none. That is not the same as there being none, so it is worth asking.
⚠️ HOURS ARE TEMPORARY: the 11–4 Wed-Sun window was a surge adjustment reported in June 2026, not the permanent schedule. Verify before you drive.
⚠️ Prices not confirmed.
Lunch only. This is NOT a date-night dinner. It is a morning-after or family-lunch card.
Sells out of bread early on busy days.
