A new Marshalls is coming to the former Big Lots space at Eastern Shore Village Shopping Center in Fairhope, according to a lease announcement from Herrington Realty. Marshalls has not yet added a Fairhope store to its own site, and no opening date has been published. There is nothing to visit yet, so watch for an official announcement before planning a shopping trip.
