Magnolia Springs is preparing a public access and environmental rehabilitation project around the springs and Arboretum. The town's own grant materials include bank stabilization, a new overlook deck and a reworked parking area alongside restoration of spring flow. The grant is real and current, but the town has not posted a date for finished public improvements.
