The Island Resort in Fort Walton Beach debuted Sea Oats Kitchen + Bar on June 10, and it is open to resort guests, neighbors and anyone else who walks in. Breakfast runs 7 to 11 AM, the all-day menu runs noon to 10 PM, and dinner runs 5 to 9 PM.
