Sandshaker's own site says live music every weekend and never a cover. The bar is open 10 AM to 3 AM seven days a week, and it does not publish set times, so ask when you go. You buy your own food and drinks. Driving out to the island costs $1 a vehicle at the Bob Sikes Toll Bridge, collected electronically, and the plaza takes no cash.
