Zumba Gold is a lower-impact dance and fitness class built around routines that are easy to follow, aimed at the Niceville Senior Center's members. It asks a $3 donation and repeats every Tuesday and Thursday around midday. It comes right after Seated Zumba Gold, so members can do both back to back if they choose.
