Zen Den Bonsai Workshops runs a two hour Level 1 Foundations class at Props Brewery in Santa Rosa Beach on Tuesday, October 13 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A guide walks each guest through potting, pruning, shaping and wiring a dwarf jade bonsai, and every ticket covers a tree, tools and a workspace. Guests leave with the tree they shaped and the knowledge to keep caring for it.
