Zen Den Bonsai Workshops runs a two hour Level 1 Foundations class at Last Stop Brew Vault in DeFuniak Springs on Wednesday, October 21 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. A guide walks each guest through potting, pruning, shaping and wiring a dwarf jade bonsai, and every ticket covers a tree, tools and a workspace.
