Saturday is the daylong event at Casino Beach, with cooking demonstrations, challenges and tastings from more than a dozen beach restaurants, and sand for the kids between plates. Thursday opens the weekend with a sunset cruise, Friday is a VIP trolley dinner and Sunday closes with a trolley brunch. Those three are ticketed separately.

The main event has free admission, verified 08/07/2026 at pensacolabeach.com: 'all with free admission.' Small plates are $5-$10 each, and the premium add-ons, such as the sunset cruise and VIP trolley dinner, are separately ticketed. Driving out to the island costs $1 a vehicle at the Bob Sikes Toll Bridge, collected electronically, and the plaza takes no cash.
