Shape & Sculpt is a light-weight fitness class set to music at the Destin Community Center, built around muscle strength, balance and core work. The city says it's open to all ages and fitness levels, and it runs every Wednesday morning. Each class costs $5.
Before you go
- Bring $5 for the class fee.
- Arrive at 101 Stahlman Avenue by 8:15 AM.
- Join the class for balance, strength and core work set to music.
- Come back Mondays and Wednesdays for the same class.
