Seaside bills its Halloweener Derby as the premier dachshund race weekend, styled after Formula 1 and classic Ralph Lauren sporting culture. The dog costume contest starts at 9:00 AM and the derby follows. Spectators get a morning of racing pups, Halloween costumes and family fun in Central Square.
