Saturday: Family Clay Date is a beginner hand-building clay class at First City Art Center in Pensacola where a parent or guardian and child create together with an instructor. It meets the first Saturday of each month from 10 AM-12 PM, and the next sessions are November 7 and December 5. Projects change monthly, such as animal pinch pots, pumpkins and sunflowers, and pieces are kiln-fired and picked up later. It's for ages 4 and up and costs $30 per participant, or $27.60 for members.
