Make Your Own Glass is a hands-on hot glass session at First City Art Center in Pensacola, where each participant makes a piece with a glassblower. It's for ages 8 and up including adults, by appointment on Wednesdays from 5-9 PM and Saturdays from 8-11 AM. The finished piece cools in an annealing oven and is picked up the following week. Standard pieces cost $85, and premium pieces such as a pumpkin, ornament, cup or bowl cost $110-$140.
