Groovy Goat's sports-bar setting hosts karaoke every Thursday night at OWA, running from early evening into the night. The organizer publishes the recurring time but no cover charge or age restriction, so it reads as open to whoever wants to sing or listen. It's a casual restaurant crowd rather than a formal show.
