Foley Main Street's October Third Thursday is an autumn evening adventure called The Prowl in historic downtown Foley, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 15. The main attraction is a Black Cat Scavenger Hunt, where guests find hidden black cats at downtown businesses and collect points with the Downtown Foley Passport. The event is free.
