The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County celebrates the monarch butterfly migration at the 34th Flutterby Arts Festival. Kids get a butterfly wing station, a monarch learning center, face painting, carnival games, an inflatable slide, a toddler play area and butterfly parades, while a holiday artist market, food trucks and a student butterfly art exhibit fill the Town Center. Admission is free, and some activities take tickets or tokens sold at the welcome tent.
