CRABS on the Beach races purple pincher hermit crabs in its playground on Saturday, October 10 and Saturday, October 17, with races at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The restaurant says it has run the races free of charge for smaller guests for 23 years. The crabs are native to Honduras and Chile and live in trees near the ocean.
