The BreatheFL 5K Turkey Trot is a family run or walk at Ferry Park in Fort Walton Beach on Saturday, November 14 at 9 AM. It benefits BreatheFL Inc., a nonprofit supporting families of children with chronic respiratory illness. Two water and aid stations are on the course, and the post-race party has music, food, vendors and a kids zone. Entry is $35 for the run or the walk.

- Register by November 1 to be guaranteed a commemorative shirt and medal.
- Arrive at Ferry Park, 240 Hughes Street NE, before the 9 AM start.
