OWA's pet-friendly Halloween event brings costumed dogs and their owners to Downtown OWA for a costume contest, bobbing for pumpkins, a DJ and photo opportunities. General admission is free; entering a pet in the costume contest costs ten dollars and benefits the Baldwin County Animal Shelter.
