Walk a Mile in Her Shoes returns to Ferry Park for a Shelter House fundraising walk supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It has both individual and team entries and awards for top fundraisers. Registration is $40 per person, and anyone registering by September 10 is guaranteed a T shirt. The walk runs Saturday from 3 PM to 6 PM, the 2026 Fort Walton Beach edition of an annual event.
Before you go
- Register online before September 10 to lock in your event T shirt.
- Arrive at Ferry Park by 3 PM to check in.
- Walk as an individual or join a team, and bring your own pledges or fundraising sheet if you signed up for one.
- Stick around for the fundraising awards before the event wraps at 6 PM.
