Beach Life Events' Foley festival combines taco vendors and alcoholic drink sales with artists, crafters, live music and family activities including inflatables and a petting zoo. Children age 12 and under are admitted free, but alcohol is sold on site and no outside food or drink is allowed.

The organizer's own site, read August 24, 2026, lists $5 entry for adults and ages 13 and up, with children 12 and under free. Tequila, beer, wine and mixed drinks are sold separately for $6 each; those are not part of admission.
⚠️ The organizer's site lists Heritage Park at 200 N McKenzie St., while the City of Foley's park directory lists 125 E Laurel Ave. for Heritage Park the discrepancy was not reconciled and may reflect different park entrances.
