Santa Rosa Island Authority states all Cinemas in the Sand movies are free to the public, starting at sunset on a screen in front of the Gulfside Pavilion stage, weather permitting. Driving out to the island costs $1 a vehicle at the Bob Sikes Toll Bridge, collected electronically, and the plaza takes no cash.
