Santa Rosa County Animal Services holds a Fall Fest at its Milton shelter with adoptable dogs and cats, food vendors, local crafts and information on volunteering. Every adoption is $10 for the day. The first 50 visitors get a free coffee from the Travelin' Tom's truck, and it is an easy outing for children who like animals.

Not confirmed: A military rate. We searched and the venue publishes none. That is not the same as there being none, so it is worth asking.
