Prices, hours and dates here are not scraped or estimated. Each record carries:

- `sdDatePublished`: the day that record was last checked against the source.
- `citation`: the venue's own page(s) the facts were read off, by name and URL.
- `sdPublisher` and `sdLicense`: who compiled it and what may be done with it.

Where a price has not been verified, the record says so and carries no price rather than a guess.
A record with no checked date carries no checked date. Nothing here is filled in to look complete.

Every event and place page carries schema.org JSON-LD (`Event`, `LocalBusiness`) in the page head,
including the provenance fields above. There is no separate API. This static site is the machine
